From the 1st January 2017 we are starting our very own corporate team building package, a day where your company can come in and work with our instructors to take you through challenges and activities to assess and improve teamwork, communication skills as well as identify leadership qualities from individuals. This is a fantastic day to get out of the work environment and develop working relationships with your colleagues. All of our instructors hold a minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Personal Training and have a wealth of knowledge that they have developed over years of work in many different areas of the fitness industry. Club Strength & Conditioning
Over the years we have helped many clubs improve and develop the fitness of their players, from improving stamina to core strength. Most recently we have been working closely with Nuneaton Old Edwardians RFC during their pre season training in preparation for a tough season ahead. The team has got off to an amazing start to the season and have shown huge improvement in strength, cardiovascular endurance and power. We will be continuing to push them hard throughout the season and maintain their already great progress.
