At Complete Outdoor Fitness we pride ourselves on being able to deliver sessions that get ALL members a great workout no matter what their fitness level. Our sessions are designed in a way that allows us to use progressions for those that want extra work or regressions/alternative exercises for those that would find it more beneficial. “I have been attending Complete Outdoor Fitness now for over two years; I decided that I wanted to do something to help me stay fit and healthy while meeting new people. The hour long sessions take place during the evenings in the week and in the mornings at weekends that suits me perfectly. They are on every day whether it is in Hinckley or Nuneaton. Therefore, if I’m unable to get to one session, I can go to another and get in at least three sessions per week. This is great value for money as I can choose to do as much or as little training as I want. The qualified trainers are very professional, enthusiastic and encouraging; they help everyone from all different levels of fitness. I feel I have improved my general fitness as well as improved my health; I have lost excess weight and toned up all over. I have also done other different activities such as charity runs/obstacle courses and events with some of the group who enjoy these kinds of things too.”

I was a bit nervous about joining on my own, but I needn't have worried as the other members and instructors were really friendly and made me feel so welcome. “I recently rejoined Complete Outdoor Fitness and didn't realise how unfit I'd become, but I knew once back into the swing of things that would change. I can honestly say that my fitness has improved considerably and I feel I have toned up as well. The instructors are all very friendly and helpful in achieving your desired goals. Each session is different from boxing, shuttle runs, weights to hill sprints; you can go at your own pace whilst being encouraged by the instructors and fellow boot campers. The Hinckley group are very welcoming and friendly and even though you are working extremely hard it's also good fun. “May 2014 was the date I realised I needed to get myself back in shape as I was not happy with my weight. I saw a post on Facebook from someone I didn't even know who showed great results in their weight loss so I messaged them and they pointed me in the direction of Complete Outdoor Fitness. Joining on my own, not knowing anyone I was made to feel at ease straight away, the community spirit in the boot camp is second to none. People of all ages, different abilities and a great mix of male and females, all wanting the same thing, to enjoy keeping fit and feel a sense of achievement after each session. The instructors give you a great workout, with each session being different and mixed up through the use of exercises, pad work, equipment training and cardio training. Everyone motivates each other, you work at your own pace to your own ability, and this is encouraged. The camaraderie between the members is great, it's like a second family, we have social events, many go on to try new things that they have never done before such as obstacle course racing, half marathons, etc From my own personal experience it was Complete Outdoor Fitness that introduced me to the World of OCR and helped me succeed in going to the World Championships, something I didn't even know about before I joined!! “I joined Complete Outdoor Fitness three years ago. Up until then I had tried many different types of training, running, cycling and swimming but sometimes lacked the motivation needed to go out and train. I was then introduced to Complete Outdoor Fitness by a friend and have not looked back since.
