Meet the team
Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Suspension Training Instructor, Qualified First Aider
I began life at COF as the lead instructor and took joint ownership of the company with Matty a few years ago. Since our take over we have tried to include as much variety as possible into training and continuously push members to attempt new challenges and set new goals for themselves. Before COF I spent 5 years in the Royal Marines, maintaining the highest levels of fitness and training with some of the finest training staff in the world. More recently I have competed in many national Crossfit competitions and learnt a lot about functional training and movement which I try to include in my sessions. Over my many years in the fitness industry I have completed many training courses and qualifications that allow me to constantly vary the sessions I deliver to our fantastic members.
Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, NVQ National Diploma in Sport & Health, Qualified First Aider
I am a full time Fire Fighter working in Leicestershire and a part time Personal Trainer. I have a real passion for health and fitness and have always been a huge lover of sport since the age of 5. I played football at Leicester City Academy for many years as a school boy; I swam at a National level and sprinted at County level. More recently I have run half marathons, conduct weight training of all varieties, play football and enjoy boxing. I use my experience to keep my sessions fun, energetic and different every time using a range of equipment, body weight exercises and drills to help you achieve your goals.

Being in the health and fitness industry for numerous years I have worked in many different areas. These have ranged from working in gyms, sports therapist for local football clubs, and lecturing at a college but always came back to what I loved! Helping people mentally and physically through exercise. I am now a Physical Activity Consultant working along side Health professionals across Warwickshire to get people active as well as being a part of Team COF. I bring fun to every session as well as challenging and motivating each individual to push themselves to the limit!
Diploma in Personal Training, GP referral, Boxercise, Circuits, Pre/Post natal, Advanced running and pink belt in kickboxing
I have always been a lover of the outdoors so it’s no surprise that I love taking sessions at Complete Outdoor Fitness. I started my fitness career at 17 when I joined the Army, at 19 I became a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) and developed a love for fitness and helping others to achieve their goals. When I left the Army to start a family I knew I was going to pursue this as my career and have been involved in a wide variety of enterprises since, from having an indoor personal training studio to running 4 boot camp venues previously with a combined membership of over 480. I am known for being slightly hectic and bouncy during sessions! I will always have a smile on my face and maintain high energy levels during sessions to get the most from our members!
NVQ Level 2 in Gym and Circuits, Kettle bell Instructor, Les Mills qualified body pump, CX Works and Grit series instructor
I have been in the fitness industry for 14 years now with a passion for group exercise. I teach a wide variety of classes from HIIT training and sprint sessions to weighted circuits. I love sport and have played football, rugby and athletics (sprinting) for many years. I have recently joined Complete Outdoor Fitness and have been made to feel very welcome by all the staff and the hard working members.
Hey! My name is Monika, I am a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I'm a very passionate runner of all disciplines and also very lucky to be sponsored to race and do what I love.
I've experienced two huge changes in my life. I have gone from being (what I felt) was a very weak, skinny and shy girl to a strong and most importantly very confident woman. Also, in 2016 I had a knee operation which involved reconstruction of the ligament. This would stop many athletes from carrying on doing the sports they've been doing their whole life, not me! I never give up.
Confidence, motivation and determination are the main attributes I try to pass on to my clients to change their life for the better.
